Implementation · SeamlessHR set up, connected and supported

SeamlessHR set up around how your people work, and supported after go-live.

We help you decide whether SeamlessHR fits, then carry out the work: reviewing how HR and payroll run today, configuring the modules you chose, moving employee data across, connecting the system to finance and the other systems that need it, training HR and managers, and supporting the first pay cycles. Abrimatt is a SeamlessHR partner. We work in phases, so that you see progress and the risks surface early, and we tell you plainly when the standard set-up will serve you better than a custom one.

What you get

What is included in SeamlessHR Implementation & Support

  • Process review and design

Map how HR and payroll really run, agree how they will run on the system, and keep to the standard where it serves you.

  • Configuration

Set up the modules you chose, the policies, the pay rules and the approvals, for the countries and teams you have.

  • Employee data migration

Move employee records from spreadsheets and old systems, clean them on the way, and reconcile at each rehearsal.

  • Connection to finance and other systems

Pass employee and payroll data to your finance system and to the systems that need it, and agree who can see what.

  • Testing, with payroll alongside

Test the processes with HR, managers and finance, with payroll worked out alongside your current method, before anything goes live.

  • Training and go-live

Train by role, plan the cutover with care and stay close through the first live pay cycles.

  • Support after go-live

Help with questions and changes once the system is live, then a move to ongoing support or to your own team.

Is it the right one?

Where it fits, and where it does not

We would rather you choose the right thing than the one we happen to be discussing.

A strong fit when

  • You are replacing spreadsheets, paper or separate HR and payroll tools.
  • You have chosen SeamlessHR and need a team to set it up and connect it.
  • You want one team accountable for the design, the data and the go-live.
  • You want HR and payroll data to reach finance without retyping.

Look at something else when

  • You have not yet decided which HR system to use: begin with IT Consulting, which compares the options, or see the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
  • You want a fixed date before the scope is understood: we set the timescale after the review, not before.

How we run it

How we run SeamlessHR Services

Every engagement runs in phases, so the business sees progress and risks surface early. The timescale for each phase is set after an assessment, not before.

  1. Review

Understand how HR and payroll run today, the countries and teams involved, and the systems they depend on.

  2. Design

Agree the organization model, the policies, the pay rules, the connections and the access each person will have.

  3. Configure

Set up the modules you chose in stages, showing progress as it is built.

  4. Migrate and test

Rehearse the data migration, test the processes end to end, run payroll alongside the current method and fix what turns up.

  5. Go live

Train, prepare the cutover and go live, with a plan for the first days and a way to decide if anything must be reversed.

  6. Support

Close support through the first pay cycles, then ongoing support or a handover to your own team.

Questions we are asked

SeamlessHR Services: questions and answers

What does the work cost?

It depends on the modules, the number of people and countries, the state of your data and the connections needed, so we set it out after a review of the scope, not before. We do not quote a figure until we understand what is involved.

How long will it take?

It depends on the scope, your data and how many teams and locations are involved. We set the timescale after the review, with a plan for each phase, and we do not quote a figure before we understand the scope.

Can you connect SeamlessHR to our finance system?

Yes. We design the connection with you: which employee and payroll data moves, when it moves and who can see it. Our systems integration service carries it out, on SAP, Microsoft and other finance systems.

What do you need from us?

People who know how HR and payroll run and can decide, a project owner, and time for workshops and testing. We plan what we ask of you from the start.

Start the conversation

Plan your SeamlessHR set-up with the team that will carry it out.

Tell us how HR and payroll run today, the countries and teams involved and what you want the system to do. We will say how we would phase it, what we would ask of your people and where the risks lie.

  • A clear scope and a phased plan, with the timescale set after the review
  • What we would ask of your HR, finance and operations people at each stage
  • How employee data would reach finance, and who would see it

What happens next

  1. Tell us where you are

A short form or a call: what you run today, and what is getting in the way.

  2. We review it with you

A named consultant looks at your situation and talks through the options and what each would involve.

  3. You decide what comes next

You leave with a clear picture and a recommended scope you can take to your team.
