Technology that fits the way your sector works
Every sector has its own bottlenecks, rules and rhythm. We start from yours, and bring in SAP, AI, cloud, security and custom software only where they remove a real problem.

Sector 01
Manufacturing
Production, stock and finance on one set of numbers, from the factory floor to the management accounts.
What gets in the way
- Bills of materials that drift from what is actually built, so plans and purchases are wrong
- Machines and shop-floor records that do not talk to the finance system
- Raw-material buying that cannot keep up with changing supplier lead times
- Quality and compliance records kept on paper or in spreadsheets
What the technology has to do
- Production planning and material requirements planning tied to real stock
- Stock valued on the method the business reports by: FIFO, standard cost or moving average
- Subcontracting and multi-level assemblies tracked from order to finished goods
- Barcode or sensor data captured where the work happens
How Abrimatt approaches it
We connect production planning, stock and finance so that work in progress and production margins can be seen as they stand, not at the end of the month. Where machines or scanners are involved, we bring their data into the same system rather than beside it.
Where we would start
A first conversation covers
- Walk the process from purchase order to finished goods, and note where the numbers stop agreeing.
- List the systems and machines that hold production data today, and what each one is trusted for.
- Choose the first process to put right, so that the others can follow.
Questions from manufacturing
Can an ERP work with the machines and scanners we already have?
Often, yes. What matters is what data the equipment can give and how it can be reached. We check that during the assessment and connect it through the ERP’s own interfaces or a small integration layer, and we say plainly where a machine cannot be connected.
Do we have to change every process at once?
No. We normally begin with the process that causes the most rework, such as purchasing, stock or production orders, and extend from there. The order is decided with you after an assessment.

Sector 02
Retail & Distribution
One view of stock, sales and cash across every shop, warehouse and online channel.
What gets in the way
- Stock counts that disagree between shops, warehouses and the online store
- Check-out queues and payment systems that struggle at peak hours
- Purchase orders written by hand, so best sellers run out
- Customer history spread across tills, spreadsheets and messages, which makes loyalty hard to run
What the technology has to do
- Stock that updates across channels as sales happen
- A till that keeps working when the connection drops and takes the payment methods customers use
- Reorder points based on how fast items really sell
- Prices, discounts and promotions managed in one place
How Abrimatt approaches it
We connect the till, the ERP and the online store so that sales, returns, stock and cash reconcile without re-keying. SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Business One suit many retailers; where the shop front is a website or an app, we build the connection to it.
Where we would start
Solutions
A first conversation covers
- Follow how stock moves between channels today, and where it is typed in again.
- Watch a busy hour at the till and note what slows it.
- Agree the one channel to connect first.
Questions from retail & distribution
Can the till keep working if the internet goes down?
That is one of the first things we check. A point-of-sale system for shops should keep selling offline and catch up when the connection returns, so we confirm how the one we propose behaves and test it before it goes live.
Can you connect our online shop to the same stock?
Yes, that is a common piece of work. We connect the shop to the ERP through its interfaces so that orders, stock and prices stay in step, whichever platform the shop runs on.
Tell us how your business runs, and we will say what we would look at first.
Sector 03
Hospitality
Reservations, front desk, kitchen and accounts working from the same guest and room records.
What gets in the way
- Reliance on booking portals that take a commission on every stay
- Housekeeping and room inspections coordinated by phone and paper across shifts
- Restaurant bills that do not reach the guest’s room folio
- No single guest history across dining, rooms and events
What the technology has to do
- A property management system that stays in step with the channels the hotel sells through
- A restaurant till that posts charges to a room folio
- Mobile check-in and guest messages
- Occupancy, average rate and revenue-per-room reports the owner can read every day
How Abrimatt approaches it
Through StayQuora (property management) and Cliq Restaurant Management (tills and kitchen display), we give hotels and restaurants one connected set of operating software: reservations, front desk, kitchen and accounts. We add the network and Wi-Fi that the guest experience depends on.
Where we would start
A first conversation covers
- Follow one guest from booking to checkout, and note every time their details are typed twice.
- See how the restaurant bill reaches the room today.
- Decide whether to begin with the front desk or the restaurant.
Questions from hospitality
Do hotels and restaurants need both StayQuora and Cliq?
No. Each works on its own. They are designed to be used together, so that restaurant charges can post to a guest’s room folio, but a hotel without a restaurant, or a restaurant without rooms, can use one alone.
Can you help us rely less on booking portals?
We can set up a direct booking route that shows live room availability and connect it to the front desk. How much business it brings depends on the hotel, its market and its marketing, so we do not promise a figure.

Sector 04
Professional Services
Time, projects and invoices connected, so that billing follows the work.
What gets in the way
- Hours worked that are never billed, and milestone invoices that go out late
- Staff and resources shared across projects with no clear view of who is stretched
- Client correspondence and project documents scattered across inboxes and drives
- Profitability that is only known once the period has closed
What the technology has to do
- Project management, timesheets and milestone billing in one place
- Invoices generated from approved deliverables
- A client portal for secure documents and updates
- Project margin visible while the work is under way
How Abrimatt approaches it
We connect time tracking, resource planning and milestone accounting inside one ERP, so that billing follows approved work and utilisation can be seen as it happens. A client portal and a well-run Microsoft 365 workspace keep documents and correspondence in one place.
Where we would start
Solutions
A first conversation covers
- Trace one project from proposal to final invoice, and mark where hours or approvals are lost.
- Agree how projects, time and billing milestones should be coded.
- Choose the first team to move.
Questions from professional services
Is an ERP too heavy for a services firm?
It depends on the firm. A small practice may do well with SAP Business One or a lighter tool, and we will say if an ERP is more than you need and suggest the simplest thing that fits.
Can clients see their project documents securely?
Yes. A client portal gives each client access to their own documents and updates, with sign-in and permissions. We design it around how your engagements run.

Sector 05
Financial & Corporate Services
Controls, audit trails and security you can show to a regulator, on systems that consolidate cleanly.
What gets in the way
- Data retyped between bank, accounting and compliance spreadsheets
- Regulators and auditors who expect a complete trail of who changed what
- Phishing, impersonation and ransomware aimed at finance teams
- Month-end consolidation across several legal entities and currencies that takes too long
What the technology has to do
- Multi-entity, multi-currency ledgers with intercompany reconciliation
- Zero-trust access, multi-factor sign-in and endpoint protection
- Document checks and anomaly alerts before a payment is made
- Role-based access and a tamper-evident audit log
How Abrimatt approaches it
We build the operating foundations in layers: an ERP structure for several companies, a secured Microsoft Azure environment, and AI-assisted document checks that raise anything unusual for a person to review. Access is limited by role and every change is recorded.
Where we would start
Solutions
A first conversation covers
- Map where financial data is typed in again, and who can change it.
- Review how people sign in and how a payment is approved.
- Agree which entities and currencies to consolidate first.
Questions from financial & corporate services
Does using AI for documents mean a machine approves payments?
No. AI reads and checks documents and flags what looks wrong; a person approves. Every action is logged so that it can be reviewed afterwards.
Do you provide compliance certification?
We design systems and controls that support your compliance work and keep the records auditors ask for. Certification itself is given by the relevant body, and we do not claim it on anyone’s behalf.
Tell us how your business runs, and we will say what we would look at first.
Sector 06
Logistics & Supply Chain
Stock, dispatch and delivery records that follow the goods from receipt to the customer’s door.
What gets in the way
- No end-to-end view of a consignment from receipt to delivery
- Bin errors and slow picking when the warehouse is busy
- Freight bills and proof-of-delivery documents processed by hand
- Carrier rates and invoices that are argued over after the fact
What the technology has to do
- Barcode or RFID control of locations, batches and serial numbers
- Dispatch notes and proof of delivery captured digitally
- Connections to carriers and forwarders
- Route and delivery status visible to the people who need it
How Abrimatt approaches it
We connect handheld scanners to the ERP’s inventory records so that what is on the shelf and what the system says match, and we use document processing to read freight bills and delivery notes instead of retyping them. Carrier systems connect through their interfaces.
Where we would start
Solutions
A first conversation covers
- Follow one consignment from receipt to proof of delivery, and list every hand-off.
- Count how many freight and delivery documents are typed in by hand in a week.
- Choose one warehouse or route to begin with.
Questions from logistics & supply chain
Can freight bills be read automatically?
Yes, with document processing: it reads the bill, checks it against the order and the agreed rate, and sends only the exceptions to a person. How well it reads depends on the documents, so we test on yours before relying on it.
Do we need to replace our warehouse system?
Not necessarily. If it is sound, we connect it. If it is the cause of the problem, we say so and look at the options with you.
Tell us how your business runs, and we will say what we would look at first.
Sector 07
Growing Businesses
A first proper system, chosen to grow with the business rather than be outgrown.
What gets in the way
- Accounting software and spreadsheets that the business has outgrown
- Separate tools for customers, invoices and stock that make people do the same work twice
- Cash flow and working capital that are hard to forecast
- No in-house IT team to choose or run a bigger system
What the technology has to do
- A scalable ERP that can add modules as the business grows
- A simple interface that people learn quickly
- Cloud deployment that avoids buying servers
- An expert guiding the move from start to finish
How Abrimatt approaches it
We help growing businesses move to a professional system in steps, usually SAP Business One or a cloud service, using proven deployment packages and a plan agreed after an assessment. If you do not need an ERP yet, we say so and suggest simpler improvements.
Where we would start
Solutions
A first conversation covers
- List the tools you use now, and what each one is for.
- Note where the same information is entered twice.
- Decide what the next stage of growth will need from your systems.
Questions from growing businesses
How do we know whether we need an ERP yet?
A good sign is the same data being typed into several tools, or month-end getting harder as you grow. If that is not you yet, an assessment can say what to improve first, and we will tell you if an ERP would be more than you need.
Do we need our own IT team to run it?
No. We can manage the platform for you, or train your people to run it, whichever suits you better.
Tell us how your business runs, and we will say what we would look at first.
Many businesses sit between two. Tell us what you do and where the work gets stuck, and we will point you to the right place to start.
