Can restaurant charges go to a guest's room?
Yes. When your restaurant runs Cliq, charges can be posted to the guest's room account in StayQuora, so that the guest sees one bill and your team does not re-type it.
Is the dashboard on this page real?
No. It is a demonstration with made-up guests and rooms, so that you can see how the screens work. We walk you through the platform with a scenario that matches your own property, and we are clear about what is built today and what is planned.
How would we move to StayQuora from what we use now?
We map your rooms, rates and processes, load them in, train your team, run the new system beside the old one for a while where that is sensible, and support you through the first weeks. The timescale is set after we have seen your property.
