Technology architecture & ecosystem
Technology chosen for business value, not novelty
We do not adopt tools for their own sake. We choose technology for how stable and secure it is, how well it connects to the rest, and whether it solves a real operational problem.
How we choose
Four questions every technology has to answer
We would rather recommend less than recommend something that does not fit.
Fit before fashion
We start from the problem. A tool earns its place by solving it, not by being new.
Secure by default
Access is limited by role, data is encrypted in transit and at rest wherever the platform allows it, and every system we connect has an owner.
Open to connection
Systems have to share data. We favour platforms with documented interfaces, and we build the links so that nothing is retyped.
Supportable
We choose what your people, or ours, can look after over the long run, and we write down how it works.

Questions we are asked
Choosing and connecting technology
Are you tied to one vendor?
No single product is assumed. We recommend what fits your business, which can include keeping what you already own. Where a vendor’s own packaging or terms matter, we describe them plainly and leave the commercial agreement to you and the vendor.
Will you replace the systems we already run?
Only when there is a reason to. We start by assessing what you run today, keep what works, and connect it to anything new.
How do you choose between SAP Business One and S/4HANA?
Mostly by the size and complexity of the business, how many entities and countries it spans, and whether you want SAP to run the system in the cloud or to run it yourselves. The solution advisor on this site asks those questions, and a consultant confirms the answer.
Can new tools connect to our older systems?
Usually. We use the systems’ own interfaces where they have them and an integration layer where they do not, and we say clearly what cannot be connected.
Our consultants can review your current software and infrastructure, point out where systems overlap or leave gaps, and recommend an architecture that fits how you work.
