AI reporting · summaries leaders can trust
Reports that tell leaders what changed and why, with every figure traceable to its source.
We automate the preparation of data from your ERP, spreadsheets and other systems, and add plain-language summaries on top of the numbers your analysts define: what moved, where, and what may have caused it. Leaders get a regular briefing and can ask follow-up questions. Analysts keep control of the definitions, and every figure links back to its source.
Capabilities
What AI Reporting & Executive Intelligence covers
Automated data preparation
Pull, clean and combine data from your systems on a schedule, instead of by hand each time.
Dashboards that stay current
Dashboards and reports for finance, sales, stock and operations, refreshed as the data changes.
Plain-language summaries
A short briefing that says what moved, where and what may explain it, written from the figures.
Follow-up questions
Ask why a number changed and get a drill-down, with the records behind it.
Defined metrics
One agreed definition for each measure, owned by an analyst, so that everyone reads the same number.
Traceable figures
Every figure links back to its source, so that nothing in a briefing has to be taken on trust.
Is it the right one?
Where it fits, and where it does not
We would rather you choose the right thing than the one we happen to be discussing.
A strong fit when
- Reports are put together by hand, and are late or out of date when they arrive.
- Leaders ask follow-up questions that need an analyst to answer.
- The same measure is calculated differently in different places.
- You want analysts spending time on insight rather than preparation.
Look at something else when
- Your source data is unreliable: improve it first, or the summaries will describe the problems in it.
- Decisions depend on judgement the data does not hold: use reports to inform them, not to make them.
- You need a single regulatory statement: that needs controls and sign-off beyond a briefing.
How we deliver
How Abrimatt delivers AI Reporting
Every engagement runs in phases, so the business sees progress and risks surface early. The timescale for each phase is set after an assessment, not before.
Choose the pack
Pick one management report that matters, and see how it is made today.
Define the measures
Agree each metric with the people who own it, and write the definitions down.
Automate the data
Build the preparation and the checks, and test it against the numbers your team trusts.
Add the briefing
Add summaries and follow-up questions on top, with the source of each figure shown.
Review
Compare the briefing with analysts' own reading for a few cycles, and tune it.
Extend
Add the next pack, and keep the definitions in one place.
Questions we are asked
AI Reporting: questions and answers
Can the AI make up numbers?
The figures come from your data through defined queries, not from the language model. The model describes what the figures show, and each figure links to its source. We also test the summaries against the numbers before and after each release.
Do you replace our BI tool?
No. We work with Power BI, SAP analytics and other tools you already use. The summaries and questions sit on top of them.
Which data can it use?
Data from your ERP, finance and sales systems, spreadsheets and other sources that can be reached securely. We confirm what is possible with your systems early in the project.
