Microsoft 365 · workplace and Power Platform

Set up Microsoft 365 properly once, then build on it with the Power Platform.

We design and migrate Microsoft 365 environments: identity, email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, device and security settings, and the licensing to match. Then we use the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI) to replace spreadsheets and email chains with apps, automated flows and dashboards that your own team can maintain.

Capabilities

What Microsoft 365 & Power Platform covers

  • Environment design and migration

Plan the structure, then move mailboxes, files and teams across with as little disruption as possible.

  • Identity and sign-in

One identity for each person, with multi-factor sign-in and sensible access rules.

  • Teams and SharePoint

Places for teams to meet, share and find documents, organized so that people can find things.

  • Device and data protection

Policies for devices, sharing and data loss, set to match how your business works.

  • Power Automate flows

Approvals, notifications and routine tasks automated, using the tools you already license.

  • Power Apps and Power BI

Small business apps and dashboards your own people can build on and maintain.

Is it the right one?

Where it fits, and where it does not

We would rather you choose the right thing than the one we happen to be discussing.

A strong fit when

  • Email, files and chat are spread over several systems and no one manages them as one.
  • You are leaving an on-premise mail server or another suite.
  • Staff share files by email and keep versions on their own laptops.
  • You want to automate small processes without commissioning software.

Look at something else when

  • You already run Microsoft 365 well: a short review may be all you need.
  • You need a full custom system: Power Platform suits small and medium needs, and we will say when to build properly instead (see Custom Software Development).
  • You want security as the first goal: start from Cybersecurity & Zero-Trust Access, which this builds on.

How we deliver

How Abrimatt delivers Microsoft 365

Every engagement runs in phases, so the business sees progress and risks surface early. The timescale for each phase is set after an assessment, not before.

  1. Review

See how people work today, what you license and what is in the way.

  2. Design

Plan the structure, the identity, the security settings and the licensing.

  3. Prepare

Clean up accounts, mailboxes and files, and rehearse the migration.

  4. Migrate

Move users in groups, with support, and check each move.

  5. Enable

Train people, and set up the first Power Platform apps and flows with them.

  6. Support and extend

Keep it patched and tuned, and add to what the Power Platform does for you.

Questions we are asked

Microsoft 365: questions and answers

Can you migrate our email and files without losing anything?

That is the aim, and the method: we inventory what you have, rehearse the migration, move people in groups, check the results and keep the old system available until you are satisfied. We tell you in advance what cannot be moved.

What is the Power Platform?

Microsoft's set of tools for building small business apps (Power Apps), automating routine tasks (Power Automate) and making dashboards (Power BI). It suits many everyday needs, and your own staff can maintain what is built.

Do we need to buy more licences?

We review what you license today and recommend what you need, no more. Licences are bought from Microsoft or from your reseller.

  • What to move, in what order, and what to leave behind
  • How identity and security would be set up from the start
  • The first small apps and flows worth building
