A strong fit when

  • Workloads must stay on site for regulation, latency or integration reasons.
  • Your servers are old, overloaded or out of support.
  • Each application has a server of its own, and few are well protected.
  • You want a hybrid design with cloud backup or burst capacity.

Why virtualize our servers?

Virtualization lets several workloads share hardware, makes it easier to move them for maintenance, and speeds up recovery. For most organizations that run more than a few servers it is the sensible default.

Should our servers be on site or in the cloud?

It depends on your workloads, your regulation, your connectivity and your costs. Some belong on site, some in the cloud, and many in a mix. We compare the options on your numbers and recommend one.

What happens when the hardware ages?

We record support and refresh dates at the start, flag them well ahead, and plan the replacement before the old equipment becomes a risk.
